- Entrants submitting photographs for the contest must be registered participants of the Photoshop Soup2Nuts 2.006 Conference.
- Photography entries must be the original work of the entrant.
- The photographer may pick the category he wishes to enter. Categories are: Antarctica, Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America.
- Entries should be submitted in print format and mounted no larger than 16”X 20”.
- Eligible participant may submit only one entry.
- All entries must be accompanied by an official entry form, completed and signed by the entrant.
- All entries must be taken with a digital camera and printed with a digital process.
- All entries must be color or black and white.
- All entries must be family friendly in topic.
- Each print entry must have the following items written on the reverse side:
- Title of work
- Complete name of photographer
- When and where the photograph was taken
- Description of photograph, if not obvious
- There will be seven categories and two entries in each category will win a prize. One entry may only win one prize. Entrants must be able to provide the digital file of the photograph if selected as a winner.
- By signing the entry form and submitting it, entrants are agreeing to grant Photoshop Soup2Nuts 2.006 license for use of the photographs in displays related to the contest, and printed and electronic publications. The entrant will be fully credited in all such displays and publications.
- Entries will be judged by the conference attendees. The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries which do not conform to the stated contest rules and criteria.
- Entries should only be submitted to the Gallery volunteer on June 23, 2006 at the opening of the Conference. All work must be removed at the close of the event on June 24, 2006. Soup2Nuts is not responsible for work left after June 24, 2006.
